How long is my audit accessible?
Basic audits stay live for 3 days after payment so we can keep the $1 price honest. Full audits are yours to keep — permanent access, shareable link, downloadable PDF.
Are there per-domain or per-prompt add-ons?
No. Every tier includes every engine and prompt in that tier, the receipts view, and the PDF report — no per-prompt or per-seat add-ons. Each audit covers one domain; a second domain is a second audit at the same price.
Can I upgrade from basic to full?
Yes. Right on your basic-tier result page there's an "Upgrade to full for +$49" button that runs a fresh full-tier audit for the same URL. Total is $50 — same as buying full directly. The basic and full audits use different crawl + engine configs and are stored as separate audit runs, both linked.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund requests must be sent within 3 days of purchase to support@findwhat.ai. Refunds can take longer than 3 days to arrive, but any request sent within the 3-day window will be honored.
